Abstract: Key Clinical MessageAbdominal vascular injuries, especially in the celiac trunk, are uncommon in blunt trauma, yet their life‐threatening nature necessitates rapid surgical interventions to control possible massive bleedings. Damage control surgery principles may aid management. It is crucial to thoroughly assess all trauma patients, even in instances of initial normal physical examinations.
