Prophylactic Ranitidine in Experimental Fetal Distress: Acute Phase Effects on the Fetal Stomach

Abstract: Fetal distress (FD) adversely affects fetal gastric physiology and histology, increasing gastric acid secretion and disturbing gastric protective mechanism.
