Abstract:In this paper, we present a proportional bandwidth adjustment (PBA) scheme using bit‐error‐rate (BER) ratios in a two‐tier hierarchical NEMO system, composed of an access router (AR), mobile routers (MRs), and visiting mobile nodes (MNs).
