To prospectively assess incidence of Dropped Head Syndrome (DHS) in childhood cancer survivors (CCS) and to develop and evaluate a diagnostic algorithm for DHS

A systematic literature search for DHS in combination with neck radiotherapy (RT) exposure was performed.
