An enterprise constantly needs to improve its sales logistics. The purpose of the work is to create a matrix of tactical prospects for the company's sales logistics. Tasks for conducting a comprehensive study of the scientific and methodological support of ABC analysis methods have been identified; the use of the economic and mathematical apparatus for modeling the sales matrix; a description of the methodology for building the sales matrix and identifying the tactical prospects of the enterprise. The study relies on systemic and process approaches. The main methods are methods of statistical, economic, and mathematical analysis. The presented matrix model is based on the creation of individual contract sales conditions, grounding on multi-parameter ratings of customers and goods. It is shown that the regulation of relations and flows in the sales sector can be carried out on the basis of standard decisions taken from the proposed model of the matrix of sales logistics.

Purpose: The purpose of the article is to show the diversity of logistics development in European countries at the national and regional level, taking into account the countries of Western, Central and Eastern Europe. The focus is on the development of logistics in Poland, a country with a special location in Europe between Germany, the leader in European and global logistics, and Russia. Design/Methodology/Approach: Research includes changes in the volume of freight transport by air, rail, road and sea in 33 countries in 2010-2018. Spatiotemporal analysis of statistical data with the use of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and ArcMap 10.5 is proposed. Findings: Logistics in Europe is strongly diversified in national and regional terms. In most countries, logistics developed for all modes of transport during the period considered. The development of the logistics system in Poland mainly involved road, rail and sea transport. Air transport of goods increased to a lesser extent. The integration process of Central and Eastern European logistics with German logistics is visible. Practical Implications: The contribution of the research is to show the general interrelationships between logistics policy and initiatives at the national level and changes in the volume of freight transport across the most important transport branches. Originality/Value: Use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to represent the changes occurring in logistics in Europe. Identification of countries and regions with different logistics development models and paths.

The purpose of this research is to study the provision of logistics services in the context of Industry 4.0 and analyze the level of application of modern technologies in the field of transport and logistics based on an assessment of the relationship between technological readiness, the development of innovation and the efficiency of logistics in Kazakhstan. Based on data from the World Bank and the World Economic Forum on the Logistics Performance Index (LPI) and Global Competitiveness (GCI), a correlation analysis was made between the indicators of technological readiness, innovation and the Logistics Performance sub-indices. Also, based on the data of a sample study by the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the use of ICT, the main trends in the development of digital technologies in the field of transport and warehousing in the country have been identified. Correlation analysis showed that in Kazakhstan the level of technological readiness has a strong relationship with the development of logistics efficiency parameters: customs, tracking of cargo transportation, quality of service and competence, quality of infrastructure, adherence to delivery times. It should be noted that the development of logistics is not associated with the innovative development of the country, this is due to the low level of innovation in the country. The study of statistical data in Kazakhstan revealed a low level of digital transformation of the transport and logistics sector: there is a passive use of digital technologies at transport and warehousing enterprises, a low level of investment in digitalization, the need for personnel in the field of ICT in logistics.
