Abstract:This study aims to examine and analyze the authority of the prosecutor's office in investigating corruption crimes after the enactment of the New Criminal Code which includes corruption crimes in the New Criminal Code.Although it has been affirmed that the prosecutor's office remains authorized to investigate criminal acts of corruption, the possibility of practical problems will still arise.
