Prospect Prediction of Terminal Clean Power Consumption in China via LSSVM Algorithm Based on Improved Evolutionary Game Theory

Abstract: In recent years, China’s terminal clean power replacement construction has experienced rapid development, and China’s installed photovoltaic and wind energy capacity has soared to become the highest in the world. Precise and effective prediction of the scale of terminal clean power replacement can not only help make reasonable adjustments to the proportion of clean power capacity, but also promote the reduction of carbon emissions and enhance environmental benefits. In order to predict the prospects of China’s… Show more

“…When compared to long short-term memory (LSTM) method combined with SSA (LSTM-SSA), and the SVM method combined with SSA (SVM-SSA), CNN-SSA exhibited superior performance regarding PV power generation prediction. Yang et al [39] used the grey relevance theory to find the major elements that may affect the consumption of clean energy. Moreover, the least squares support vector machine (LSSVM) was optimized by evolutionary game theory (EGT) and the adaptive differential evolution (ADE) algorithm.…”

“…Surface geometry effects directly affect the surface properties, including work function and surface energy, which will further affect the particle properties and surface functionalization [ 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 ]. Meanwhile, surface defect engineering has also been considered as a useful approach for the modification of electronic and chemical properties of semiconductor nanomaterials, which enhances their activity photocatalysts [ 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 ]. Until now, photocatalyst materials, with various types of and abundant defects, have been studied, including metal oxides, metal chalcogenides, graphene materials, etc.…”

“…Wind power and photovoltaic power generation are widely used and popularized because of their advantages of low cost, no pollution, high flexibility, and high reliability (Mohammad et al, 2017). In 2019, the cumulative installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in China will exceed 200 GW (Yang et al, 2020). However, due to uncertainties in natural factors such as wind speed and light intensity, wind turbines and photovoltaic power generation fluctuate greatly in time scale (Naughton et al, 2021).…”
