“…Several QOL questionnaires have revealed that the results might help to establish the severity of asthma and that modification of the results might correlate with the clinical status of patients (37,38). A study has demonstrated that, in adults with asthma, the QOL is closely related to the frequency of symptoms and the level of pulmonary function (38).…”

“…A study has demonstrated that, in adults with asthma, the QOL is closely related to the frequency of symptoms and the level of pulmonary function (38). In our investigation, the two groups did not exhibit a significant difference in the median values of the AQLQ.…”

“…С другой стороны, полученные результаты пока зывают, что при использовании ACQ 5 системати ческая погрешность в определении уровня контроля практически отсутствует. В целом уровень адекват ных оценок контроля над БА при использовании ACT и ACQ 5 оказался более низким, чем в анало гичных западных исследованиях [26]. Это обстоя тельство нуждается в дальнейшем изучении.…”

“…Cut-off points for controlled and not well-controlled asthma on the full version of the ACQ have also been shown to be suitable for the shortened versions of this instrument (ACQ-5 and ACQ-6) (135). The ability of an ACQ-5 or ACQ-7 score ≥1.5 points and an ACT score ≤19 points to identify uncontrolled asthma was shown in a prospective study of 150 adults with asthma performed in a real-life setting (126). Using these cutoff points, the ACQ-5, ACQ-7 and ACT correctly predicted GINA-defined uncontrolled asthma in 77%, 71% and 81% of patients, respectively.…”
