Prostitution de rue et législation: l'occultation de la dimension morale et technique de gestion pénale

Abstract: In the public debate surrounding street prostitution a technical approach has been dominant, the two main protagonists both ignoring the moral dimension of the debate. This absence in fact serves to reinforce the demand for more stringent control. The author argues that pressure groups defending prostitutes should question the negative judgments they hold on prostitution.
