Abstract: The WNT/β-catenin signaling pathway is evolutionarily conserved and controls normal embryonic development, adult tissue homeostasis and regeneration. Aberrant activation or suppression of WNT signaling contributes to cancer initiation and progression, developmental disorders, neurodegeneration, and bone disease.
