Protein structure prediction with local adjust tabu search algorithm

Abstract: BackgroundProtein folding structure prediction is one of the most challenging problems in the bioinformatics domain. Because of the complexity of the realistic protein structure, the simplified structure model and the computational method should be adopted in the research.
