Abstract: AimTo investigate the molecular mechanism underlying the onset of choroidal neovascularization (CNV).MethodsIntegrated transcriptomic and proteomic analyses of retinas in mice with laser-induced CNV were performed using RNA sequencing and tandem mass tag.
