Protocolized emergency department observation care improves quality of ischemic stroke care in Haiti

Abstract: Introduction In many low-income countries, Emergency Medicine is underdeveloped and faces many operational challenges including emergency department (ED) overcrowding and prolonged patient length of stays (LOS).
