Abstract:A fuel cell based amperometric H2 sensor with pulsed electrodeposited electrodes has been developed and tested for its performance. Nafion, a commercial proton exchange membrane was used as electrolyte in the sensor. Platinum (Pt) deposited gas diffusion electrode (GDE) based sensing and counter electrodes were prepared by electrodeposition and pulsed electrodeposition methods using 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid electrolyte. Prior to the electrodeposition, the electrodeposition beh… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
