“…This paper presents how developers can implement dynamic normative open MASs, in which norms can be updated at system runtime, and also how heterogeneous norm-aware agents can execute in open MASs supported with updated contextual norm information, both by using our DynaCROM approach [11] (meaning dynamic contextual regulation information provision in open MASs).
