Abstract:Background This study aimed to compare the efficacy of modified proximal small intestine bypass (PSIB), Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB), and conventional jejunoileal bypass (JIB) in weight loss and glucose metabolism in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats.
