Proximate and Major Minerals Components of the Edible Pulp of <i>Momordica charantia</i> Fruit

Abstract: Momordica charantia (Cucurbitaceae), is a plant commonly used in traditional medicine in Senegal whose fruits are weakly consumed by the population.
