Proximate Composition and Sensory Evaluation Between Artificially Ripened and Naturally Ripened Pineapples (Ananas comosus)

Abstract: The number of artificially ripened pineapples outnumbered the naturally ripened pineapples. However, there is a lack of understanding between artificially ripened and naturally ripened pineapples.
