Pruritus in psoriasis: An update

Abstract: Neurogenic inflammation seems to be important for itchiness in psoriasis. Treatment of pruritus in patients with psoriasis should be directed towards the resolution of skin lesions, as disease remission usually is linked with pruritus relief.
