Pseudo hot water epilepsy: A pilot study on behavioral psychotherapeutic management

Abstract: Background:Diagnostic accuracy of Hot Water Epilepsy (HWE) on history alone was observed to be less satisfactory by the first author while managing such patients psychologically. To confirm this observation this pilot study was planned.Materials and Methods:Symptoms as reported by the patient was confirmed by the two authors in the wards by giving them Hot Water Head Bath.
