Abstract:Our case is to describe clinical and laboratory diagnosis of pseudohyperkalemia associated with thrombocytosis. A 78-year-old male, with prior hypertension, who previously suffered a femoral neck fracture, was presented to the orthopedic service to perform hip arthroplasty.
