Abstract: Iris epithelial cysts are rare, spontaneous, epithelium-lined spaces that arise from the iris-pigmented epithelial layer and ciliary body and can cause a narrowing of the anterior chamber angle leading to a pseudo-plateau iris configuration (PPI).
