Pseudo prolate spheroidal functions

Abstract: Abstract-Let. We have recently revisited this problem with a new approach: instead of counting the number of eigenfunctions with eigenvalue close to one, we count the maximum number of orthogonal ǫ-pseudoeigenfunctions with ǫ-pseudoeigenvalue one.
