PsiNorm: a scalable normalization for single-cell RNA-seq data

Abstract: Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) enables transcriptome-wide gene expression measurements at single-cell resolution providing a comprehensive view of the compositions and dynamics of tissue and organism development.
