Abstract:La psoriasis es una enfermedad inflamatoria crónica con una prevalencia mundial del 1-3%. La psoriasis pustulosa generalizada es la forma más grave y representa solo el 1.8% de todos los casos de psoriasis. Su etiología es incierta, aunque se ha relacionado con el retiro repentino de corticosteroides sistémicos y tópicos.
