It examines the effectiveness of existing legal frameworks across various jurisdictions, including the United States, the European Union, Canada, and more, highlighting successes and shortcomings in promoting gender parity. The research also investigates the role of digital technologies in either advancing or hindering gender equality, particularly through e-recruitment, telework, and digital skills training. By analyzing qualitative data and doctrinal documents, this study aims to identify key barriers and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing gender equality in governance structures.
