Ensuring proper care for older adults in their homes is becoming increasingly important as the older adult population grows. This paper investigates caregivers' perspectives regarding their care for older adults and their acceptance of e-homecare technology. This is a qualitative study with data collection through interviews with five caregivers representing a range of qualifications. A thematic analysis was conducted to gain insights into their experiences and preferences. The study reveals three primary findings that contribute to enhancing caregiving for older adults: i) the significance of meeting the basic needs of homecare technology, such as medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and nutrition management; ii) the caregivers' attitudes towards the acceptance and integration of e-homecare technology into their practices; and iii) the challenges faced in implementing and utilizing e-homecare technology effectively. These findings highlight the importance of addressing the fundamental requirements of e-homecare and overcoming the obstacles associated with incorporating technology, ultimately improving the quality of care provided to older adults in their homes.

This article tried to find how they foster their emotion and promote their health, as examining the effect of self-esteem and self-efficacy on self-esteem and self-efficacy in middle-aged women. This paper conducted a survey for women in 40․50s who live in Daegu Metropolitan for one month from the 1st of May, 2013. As the result of analysis on primary factor, it was classified into 5factors of organizing such as the physical behavior for preparing their old age, the behavior for preparing their old age of participation in social activities, the behavior for preparing their old age of preparing death, the emotional behavior for preparing their old age and the economic behavior for preparing their old age. The self-efficacy had the positive effect on the physical, emotional and economic behavior for preparing their old age, on the other hand, the self-esteem and the self-efficacy had the positive effect on the behavior for preparing their old age of participation in social activities and of preparing death. It can be said to be more important that the middle aged-women have to make an effort to develop self-esteem and self-efficacy for improving the behavior for preparing their old age, in addition, this article suggests to develop a systematic program that may inspire a belief for the behavior that needs to get the desired result, and to require continuing interest.

Restructuring Enrollment Quotas of College for Radiological Technologists

This study presented a mediation strategy of admittance quota of four year and three year colleges raising radiology technicians by investigating the demand and supply related literature for Radiological Technologists, a type of health and medical services personnel. Oh Yeong-ho et al.'s study on mid and long term supply system for health and medical services personnel resources, excess supply of 1,134~2,052 Radiological Technologists in 2015 was predicted and excess supply of 12,632~14,196 Radiological Technologists are to be expected in 2030. To settle excess supply of Radiological Technologists, Supernumerary quota over the entrance students of institutions raising Radiological Technologists should be less than 5% to reduce applicants for Radiological Technologists to be 308 people, reduce 387 applicants for radiology technicians every year by unifying three year colleges raising Radiological Technologists with four year colleges into education period unification, evaluate education conditions of colleges to restrict those colleges lacking the minimum requirements from getting eligibility for take the examination for Radiological Technologists by establishing tentatively 'Korean Institute of Radiologic Education and Evaluation.' For this, it is necessary to obtain cooperation from health and medical services personnel organizations in pertinent fields as well as related organizations of Radiological Technologists.
