Public Service Model for Indigenous People on the Kerinci Inland Ethnicity

Abstract: The objective of this study is to examine the public service model for indigenous people in the Kerinci ethnic inland in the tourism sector. This model is designed with the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) which has internal (employees) and external (public) customers. This model has used equtiy satisfaction as a measure of its quality.
