Abstract: Pulmonary cryptococcosis (PC) is an invasive pulmonary fungal disease caused by Cryptococcus neoformans or Cryptococcus gattii. It often presents as a single nodule or mass on radiology, which is easily misdiagnosed as lung cancer or metastases.
