Pulmonary Granular Cell Tumors

Abstract: Granular cell tumors are lesions of Schwannian phenotype that most frequently arise in the skin, breast, and tongue. Pulmonary granular cell tumors (pGCTs) are exceedingly rare and only a handful of cases worldwide have been reported as malignant.
