Abstract:Congenital pulmonary lymphangiectasis [CPL] is a rare, poorly documented disease, characterized by abnormal dilatation of pulmonary lymphatics without lymphatic proliferation. This disease is seen almost exclusively in infancy and early childhood. It can usually be divided into primary [congenital] and secondary forms.
