Puncture Wound to Right Lower Extremity With Ecchymosis

Abstract: This case report presents a 35-year-old man who comes to the emergency department in South Florida with a chief complaint of pain, redness, and puncture wound to the right lower extremity. The pain is radiating upward and began 40 minutes before arrival. It is described as severe, with associated ecchymosis, edema, and erythema.
