Pyoderma gangrenosum-like ulcers over the face in a case of granulomatosis with polyangiitis Dear Editor, Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA), aka Wegener's granulomatosis, is a multisystem anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis that affects the respiratory tract, kidneys, and skin. 1 Cutaneous involvement can be seen
