QT dispersion and P wave dispersion in patients with fibromyalgia

Abstract: Objective: Fibromyalgia (FM) is a chronic disease characterized by widespread pain. Somatic complaints associated with the cardiovascular system, such as chest pain and palpitations, are frequently seen in FM patients.
