Abstract:This paper presents a versatile topology of a monolithic microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) capable of performing multiple functionalities for next-generation wireless communications and geolocation devices. The architecture of this MMIC allows several modes of operation such as conventional frequency heterodyning for high-speed IQ modulation. In addition, the device can be configured in quadratic sensing mode to achieve optimal power added efficiency (PAE). The topology developed in the 65 nm FDSO… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
