Quality Assessment of Locally Produced Honey From Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto

Abstract: This study is conducted to analyze and compare the physico-chemical properties and mineral compositions of locally produced honey samples in Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto with the national and international standards.
