Abstract:Six kinds of red wine, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Harmo Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon prepared from domestically grown brewing grape varieties, were analyzed to investigate the effects of these grape varieties on the quality of the wines. The pH of the wines was between 4.10∼4.
