Abstract: Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) may be beneficial for cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitors (CDK4/6is), such as palbociclib, ribociclib, and abemaciclib, due to established exposure–toxicity relationships and the potential for monitoring treatment adherence.
