Quantifying pharmacodynamic interaction between atenolol and valsartan

Abstract: AbstractWe used mathematical modeling in order to determine the pharmacodynamic relationship between antihypertensive drugs atenolol and valsartan, by evaluating their effects on heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SP) and diastolic blood pressure (DP).
