Abstract:This paper aims to explain the findings of an inquiry into urban carrying capacity as a factor in Labuan Bajo Flores tourism development planning. This study uses the superimpose method of GIS spatial modelling to analyse land, water, electricity, settlements, and waste carrying capacity.
