Quantitative single molecule RNA-FISH and RNase-free cell wall digestion in Neurospora crassa

Abstract: Single molecule RNA-FISH (smFISH) is a valuable tool for analysis of mRNA spatial patterning in fixed cells that is underutilized in filamentous fungi.
