Abstract:Quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) teqnique was used to predict the biological activity of a series of chalcones compounds as anti-inflammatory. 26 physicochemical descriptors are tested in QSAR equations configuration to predict biological effectiveness of compounds under study.
