Abstract:The Label-Diffusion-LIDAR-Segmentation (LDLS) algorithm uses multi-modal data for enhanced inference of environmental categories. The algorithm segments the red-green-blue (RGB) channels and maps the results to the LIDAR point cloud using matrix calculations to reduce noise.
