Quantum Field Theory Approach to the Pion‐Two‐Nucleon Interaction Problem

Abstract: Recent development in the quantum field theory approach to a unified description of the pion‐deuteron and nucleon‐nucleon interaction processes is reviewed. The physical ground and the structure of the equations for such processes derived in the last few years in the literature are discussed. The non‐linear character of the equations under consideration is pointed out and the iteration procedure for their solution is suggested to avoid the non‐linearity.
