Abstract:This paper presents a hybrid classical-quantum program for density estimation and supervised classification. The program is implemented as a quantum circuit in a high-dimensional quantum computer simulator. We show that the proposed quantum protocols allow to estimate probability density functions and to make predictions in a supervised learning manner. This model can be generalized to find expected values of density matrices in highdimensional quantum computers. Experiments on various data sets are presented.… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
