Quantum noise and spatial emission properties of RCLEDs

Abstract: We present results of comprehensive investigations of the intensity noise and the angular-resolved spectral emission characteristics of resonant-cavity light-emitting diodes (RCLEDs), demonstrating an interesting interplay between these two properties.
