Abstract:We use the solution of the Dirac equation for quarkonium atom in the 4D Anti de sitter (AdS4) space to investigate the effect of the large negative cosmological constant on the phenomenon of quark confinement. We do the required calculations in the AdS4 space to indicate that large cosmological constant can describe the quark confinement.
