Ralstonia mannitollylitica endocarditis: A case report

Abstract: Highlights Ralstonia mannitolilytica infective endocarditis is extremely rare. Early recognition and correct approach is critical. Antimicrobial treatment is difficult, especially in the presence of resistance.
