“…Solvent extraction (SE) approach for isolating organic substances have turned into ultrasound‐assisted extraction (USAE) , accelerated SE , dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) , SPE , matrix solid‐phase dispersion (MSPD) , and SPME . Classical distillation for separating volatile organic compounds from sample matrices has been grown into rapid distillation , and further replaced by purge and trap , headspace single‐drop microextraction (HS‐SDME) or headspace SPME (HS‐SPME) . These procedures are considered as special solid–liquid or gas–liquid‐phase extraction techniques, some of which are fast and feasible, and can significantly reduce the consumption of organic solvents.…”
