Rapid Synthesis and Electrochemiluminescence Behavior of CdTe Nanoribbons

Abstract: A rapid chemical method has been developed for the synthesis of the CdTe nanoribbons with cubic crystalline phase. The method is based on the template-engaged synthesis in which the Te nanowires were used as template reagents. On the basis of a series of experiments and characterizations, the electrochemical property of CdTe nanoribbons was determined by the voltammetric technique.
